Tired of UTIs coming back?

The Cycle You Know Too Well

You've probably tried the antibiotics. And it came back anyway.

The disruption

The burning, the urgency, the disruption to your day.

The worry

Another course of antibiotics โ€” and a nagging worry about what repeated use is doing.

The repeat

No real change to what keeps letting it back in.

Meet the Ingredient

Meet D-Mannose โ€” the ingredient bacteria can't get a grip on.

D-Mannose

Bacteria like E. coli cause UTIs by hooking onto cells in your urinary tract. D-Mannose is a simple sugar that those same hooks grab onto instead โ€” so the bacteria never get a hold on you, and pass out harmlessly when you urinate.

How Super Eco Works

A simple sugar. A specific mechanism.

1

Bacteria try to attach

E. coli and other bacteria use tiny hook-like structures to grip onto your bladder wall.

2

D-Mannose gets there first

D-Mannose binds to those same hooks, so bacteria attach to it instead of your cells.

3

Flushed out, naturally

Unable to attach, the bacteria simply pass out in your urine.

Backed by Real Evidence

We'll tell you what the research actually says.

A clinical trial of over 300 women found D-Mannose worked as well as a standard preventive antibiotic at reducing repeat UTIs. Other, more recent studies have found smaller or no benefit. We think it's still a reasonable option to discuss with your doctor or pharmacist โ€” not a guaranteed fix, and we won't pretend otherwise.

One More Reason

It's not an antibiotic.

Overusing antibiotics is a real, recognised public health concern. Super Eco works through a different mechanism entirely, so it's a reasonable option to reach for before or alongside antibiotics โ€” not a replacement your doctor should be cut out of.

Also inside: Vitamin C.

Each serving includes Vitamin C for general immune support โ€” a helpful addition, not a second UTI-fighting ingredient.

Worth Knowing First

A few things worth knowing first.

Super Eco is generally well tolerated. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, have diabetes, or are considering it for a child, talk to your doctor or pharmacist first.

Quality & Registration

Registered. Manufactured to standard.

Super Eco is registered with the Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS), confirming it meets Tanzania's manufacturing and quality standards. TBS registration is about quality and safety standards โ€” it doesn't grade how well a product works, which is why we show you the actual research separately.

Usage Guide

How to take Super Eco

Questions, Answered

Frequently Asked Questions

A simple sugar, found naturally in small amounts in foods like cranberries and apples, that gets in the way of bacteria attaching to your urinary tract.

No. It doesn't kill bacteria โ€” it works by stopping them from attaching to your urinary tract in the first place, through a completely different mechanism to antibiotics.

D-Mannose hasn't been specifically studied for safety in pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your doctor before starting Super Eco or any new supplement.

If you have symptoms of an active UTI, if symptoms don't improve within a couple of days, or if this is your first suspected UTI, see a doctor for proper diagnosis before self-managing with any supplement.

See our usage guide for guidance by situation. For ongoing recurrence support, some people use it as a regular daily habit โ€” talk to your doctor about what makes sense for you.
